This girl I know, from the Deep South, has been sexually involved with 3 of her 5 brothers, over a number of years, and one of them actually got her pregnant. I assume that most Northerners are going to say that this is 100% normal for the region. Everyone up there seems to think all Southerners marry their own cousins.

In the title you say "molested", but in the details you say "involved". There's a pretty big difference in connotation, don't you think? That makes it hard to tell what you're actually asking.
Not normal at all, but it seems to he common among hillbillies/rednecks. Social services should've gotten involved.
Not normal, although it happens in extreme rural areas sometimes, it is by and large not the norm for the south.
I grew up rurally (not in the Deep South)and a few families that lived way way out in the bush had problems like that.
I think that it is easier for it to happen in isolated areas because there are not as many people around to say, "Hey, that's not normal."
In both situations that I know of, it happened when the older brothers were left in charge of the younger female siblings while the parents were at work or out of town.
