Is it normal for a brother in law to do that?

He has shown me signs of interest like hugging all the time and even sleeping in the same bed, then suddenly he puts his knee right on top of my pants..he often calls me to go wrestling in the sitting room , ask me to massage his back,pretended he didn't know there was somebody in the toilet,when he actually knew and he just opened the door and yelled like he didn't know I was there.keeps showing his ass to me on the webcam as a "joke".Open doors just to see me changing clothes,show me his pubes and ask me: should i shave it? then I say : yes, and after a week he shows me again all shaved.I don't know what to think..does he feel attracted to me? or he just feels comfortable with me around? by the way..I'm his brother's boyfriend.
