Is it normal for a 32 year old to go to a night club for the first time?

My cousin has been extremely ill since she was 16 and has been bed ridden for many years, on medicines, through so many doctors, in and out of hospitals etc. Because of this, she never got to experience her teenage years or her twenties at all. She was always severely ill.

She's now starting to recover and she keeps saying she's too old for clubs because they're all teenagers but we live in America and the age to be let in is 21 and up. I have been to many different clubs. Some are young for underage 16-20 (fake ID central), others are mixed completely with 21-50 year olds but to ME most seem to be 23-35. I've met so many people who were noticeably older than me more so than younger than me. Ihave also been to clubs where they were 30-38ish only and felt like an odd one out.

So I told her I think it's fine to go to a club at 32 years old and that she should just go because half the people will probably be either her age or just a couple years older or younger than her if anything. I just think she should live her life for the first time and do all the things she wanted to do. She certainly doesn't even look 32, she sincerely looks like she's in her mid twenties. I don't even consider 32 too old for clubs unless you have a family and kids/other priorities. She doesn't even have a job yet, didn't go to university yet because of her illness over the past 15 years.

is it normal for her to go to a club?
