Is it normal every time i see the hive i imagine them in an earthquake?

Every time I watch the resident evil movies and I see the hive(secret vecility made underground). I imagine what if they had a earthquake. I think maybe if they had a earthquake they might all get stuck down in it as it collapsed or is it truly that structurally sound? I always want to see a simulation when it collapses. It is such an interesting idea.

Ahahahaha, I have thought about this too and I know that if my husband were to see the movies (he is not a big fan of zombie movies) that would probably be the first thing he'd think of.

I am betting that the hive was built in an area that doesn't have much fault activity, but if it was built, say, right near the San Andreas fault, I can't imagine them having a chance unless they were able to develop some form of science fiction steel that is able to bend to the extreme degree that it would have to to survive an earthquake.

I don't remember this. Been years since I watched a Resident Evil move.
