The city that has been the number one most dangerous city in the US, nearly doubling second place’s total, wasn’t the most dangerous city last year.

    Even if the crime rate did drop a notch, I'm sure East St. Louis, and South Chicago are still hardly places you want to leisurely walk around with your family and kids.

      I doubt others would stroll through ESL at a crime rate of 26 per 1,000 as opposed to 75, but I think it would still be entertaing to say the least.
