Like people who have names like "Lilcutie97"...it just makes them look not smart.
How do you know it is their birth date. It might be their apartment number, weight or their IQ. And it could just mean that there are 96 other people named lilcutie. I think you are making assumptions.
It's usually just uncreative people that prefer adding a number to their name over coming up with something genuine.
It's not really the number in that example that makes them sound dumb to me :/
