Iin: crying>chest pain>soreness>anxiety>chest pain>panic attack>repeat

Ever since I had a little breakdown a few weeks ago my chest has been hurting. I cried so hard it was sore the next few days. I get anxiety a lot and having had soreness in my chest already it was painful. I thought it had gone away for the most part but I just got stressed out over something and my chest started hurting again. So now it's been hurting to the point I almost have a panic attack because it hurts breathing, feels like my chest has been crushed. Is this what's going to happen every time I get anxiety or has it not had enough time to get better because I always have anxiety?

You really need to see a doctor.

Chest pain, especially for as long as you have had it, is A VERY SERIOUS ISSUE. It's not like shitting green or having a cough, you should always see a doctor for chest pain of the magnitude that you are talking about.

    Please, go see a doctor.

  • maybe the constant sobbing has made you use diaphram muscles that dont ordinarily get such a workout, maybe its muscle strain

I think you have Pleurisy, (Pleurisy is inflammation of the lining of the lungs and chest that leads to chest pain (usually sharp) when you take a breath or cough) . I think that when you feel this pain you panic because you don't know what it is. If this is the case, I suggest that you lay down so that your lungs have a little more room to expand. Seeing a doctor would be the best thing at this point since you now get this quite often. They will put you on medicine to help whatever is causing this.

My biggest worry is that you may have an infection or a clot in your main artery of your lungs. I hope for the best !

As everybody else says: go see a doctor. The pain and anxiety could be psychosomatic. But I'm not sure, I'm not a doctor. Did I tell you you should go see a doctor? GO SEE A DOCTOR!

Probably just hasn't had enough time to heal. Although it's always good to get a Dr.'s opinion especially when it comes to chest pain. Then you can put your mind at ease.
