Is it normal craft show drama

so I was at a craft show all weekend. The pushy crafter girl next to me had a steady line like all day. She did not have a tent or anything. This vendor was real friendly until I asked how much of a fee she paid and how much money she made. she got really vague and kept changing the subject and eventually pretended to be talking on her cell phone when I tried to ask and hid her tip jar. I bet she isn't paying anything. should I bring it up to the crafter's guild president? I told a couple of the other crafters and they asked how much she paid to get in and she won't say.I heard she did go pay a registration fee after I left, but no one knows how much she paid.It is so unfair.
