Is it normal coffee tastes either good or like cat pee

To me only light coffee roasts tastes good.

Dark roasts are too acidic or something. To me dark coffee starts off tasting good, then it becomes acidic and tastes like when you get a string wiff of cat pee.

Am I the only one who experienced this?

I tasted some piss weak coffee that tasted like cat pee, dark roast just has that rich taste I don't like, but it's not like cat pee. If I drank Bushell's gourmet instant coffee it has a robust flavour, but it's hardly a call not to try espresso coffee, and I try espresso coffee, it's a complicating conception, what coffee you should try, you should try espresso-flavoured instant coffee, and Colombian coffee if you can, but during experiment with coffee you should try just one kind of coffee in the end. Ideally I would only try Greek-style coffee, in Woolworths it was unavailable. Things certainly do change just to stop serving me, when I need to keep up a tradition. First thing after breakfast I'm heading down to Woolworths to buy Greek-style coffee. 🥰

    • It’s the taste you get in your mouth when you get a good wiff of cat pee.

First off some brands are better than others. There is none acidic coffee brands. I get it cuase I got ulcers. Cold brew tend to be less acidic. There is a difference between light and dark roasted coffee. Depending on what ship you go to determines the taste of the coffee. Like Starbucks is gonna taste different to say the local coffee shop.

All coffee tastes pretty terrible unless you throw in so many additives that it's technically not even coffee anymore

It’s bitterness you’re not liking, bitterness.

Yeah, black coffee is definitely a hit or miss. Maybe get a better coffee maker or clean it more often.

Put some salt in your coffee while it is brewing. A pinch or two! I hear it reduces the acidity.
