Is it normal can't talk to pretty girls?

I can't talk to pretty girls even if the conversation is about class or the weather. Being in the presence of a pretty female basically causes a part of my brain to shut down. As much as I love being around pretty girls it also hurts that I can be so close to her for example standing or sitting near her but not able to kiss her.

    Whoa cowboy, ..you on about talking or kissing? Cos if you're standing there thinking about kissing them, maybe that's why it's hard to talk to them.

    Hold your horses young buckaroo. What you are feeling is normal. So practice talking to ugly girls. You'll find them very open to your efforts at conversation. Once your self confidence starts to build you'll lose your nervousness in approaching the foxes.
