Is it normal can't stand annoying neighbour lady

My neighbor is so annoying.she listens to taylor swift a lot. she is always yelling and screaming at the guy she lives with to leave her the fuck alone and stop embarrassing and bothering her. she does this over and over.I never hear him yelling back though.She is sweet as pie to everyone else but me when she leaves the house. I went in her yard several times when she was sunbathing and threatened to call the cops about her yelling and sitting under a tree that is not technically in her yard.she also used to have a kid over there but I heard cps took him.I ask her about it she looked annoyed and said she was babysitting but got sick of watching the kid for free 24/7 and not getting paid. I am just sick of the yelling and nothing seems to work.I have called the cops and nothing changed.
