I was in there for three days and no one even bothered looking for me. I'm underage can I sue them or have them arrested?
revenge is better. make friends with a badass who looks like a bouncer. whose mother or nagging gf has put him on a really restrictive diet.pay him to be your bodyguard in junk food. siphon all the gas out of their cars and then smear peanutbutter and doggy poo all over their car. Take this dude with you for protection.
I believe if one fights back, you have some chance of gaining the respect of your tormentors and it's possible they will eventually leave you alone and go find someone else to pick on. If one cowers and cries, the torment continues indefinitely without mercy.
You're assuming everyone is the same in relation to physical threats and their own strength and ability to fight back: I'm no good at it and have always found it made things worse.
I'm ok fighting back verbally, but not physically.
I'm assuming that this OP (or anyone who is bullied) wants the torment to end. I am NOT assuming that you or anyone else being bullied will magically win, but trying goes a long way to showing your backbone and is much less fun for the bully.
As I said in my original response, at what point is taking a beating (for fighting back) less of a horror than continued bullying?
But isn't there another alternative? That OP get some support, legal or otherwise? I've never found fighting back and losing at all empowering, quite the contrary, and I reckon most bullies would get a kick out of someone fighting back against them and losing. That has in fact been my experience.
