I just don't like taking off my shirt. I have massively unbalanced tits and I feel so self conscious about it, so i just rush to go below the waste and don't bother taking off my shirt.
I had a boyfriend who never took off his shirt, not even in the pool or for sex. He used to be fat before so maybe he had stretch marks or saggy skin. I never pushed the issue.

Boobs are boobs. Hopefully someday you can be with someone with whom you gradually become not selfconscious about them. But until then, you're fine. You could get some stylish shirts/tops/lingerie that won't be revealing but still tasteful in appearance. Even though a girl in nothing but a regular shirt is by itself pretty hot.

That would inhibit my foreplay it would be a turn off for me. I was with a beautiful girl awhile back and she wouldn't take her bra off because of her inverted nipples which was sad it takes me out of the moment when you have restrictions it just needs to flow organically
