Is it normal a random guy in the street kissed me?

I was walking in the street alone using my phone , a guy approached me and kissed me on the lips and then ran away.

Inappropriate! It's an invasion of personal space, and he would have received a slap if it were me.

Sounds sort of cute unless he has herpes. Its a good thing that's all he did and not stab you in the face. Be aware, don't look down at your phone and text while walking! I actually don't care what you do, just don't die.

No, I didn't think she was, as apparently she didn't know the person, but I object to the use of the term "cute" to minimise sexual assault. Are you male and if so, how would you feel about another male you didn't know kissing you in the street?

I wasnt trying to minimise the sexual assault part of it. I was agreeing with you that its still sexual assault. I didnt sense any fear or danger from the OP, I was just saying in her case, it seems cute. If she had said that it made her uncomfortable and what not, I wouldnt have called it cute. She sounds giddy and happy about the whole thing so it seemed innocent enough to me. I'm a female.

Her very brief post only states the facts, not her response to it, so I think you're reading things into it which aren't there.

Anyway, her response isn't the issue: the act itself shouldn't happen

If it happens again smack the shit out of him and walk away, and that should be the end of it.
