He takes my money car whatever. I also raise his son because he is an unfit parent. I feel powerless to stop him so I just sit there and ignore it when he acts crazy or harrasses my other kids.My daughters think I am a wimp and have told the police that. I am just trying to keep the peace by doing whatever he says

You need to take charge and kick him out of the house...give him 2 weeks to find a new place...then kick him out.
I think you will find the house a lot more peaceful when he is gone.
Why do you allow him to live in YOUR house, drive YOUR car, and spend YOUR money if he's harassing the family? Call the police and kick him out of your house.
Even though you are doing what he says and taking over his responsibilities, there are still problems. How are you keeping the peace again? You need to kick him out and let him know that you will not tolerate his shit. Respect yourself and your kids enough to do that. He should be grateful you're helping him out, but his behavior is so crappy your daughters had to call the police?!
You are only enabling him to get worse. Your daughters are right about you. People will do whatever they can if you allow them to and you are teaching him to be a fuckup.
Why is he even living in your home? Send the little shit packing. Don't you have enough to do raising your own brood?
No excuses, mom. Send him packing and call the cops if need be. Get a restraining order if he threatens you at all, and he can spend a few years in the joint as someone's bitch, learning some manners and respect.
