Time to learn to put the blame squarely where it belongs; on yourself, not others.
That is one of the things that separates children from adults.

You say you want to, but do you actually do it? The other day some guy tried to take his anger out on one of the employees at the Bodega because the auto shop a few blocks away didn't have his car ready yet. He called him names, rushed him, started knocking things down, and breaking things. Needless to say, he got his ass beat by the owner and employees.

Trying to spread your misery around may result in you getting hurt, so you might want to start acting like an adult.

Perhaps you should find ways to release the anger on something else by doing something physical like going to the gym or taking up kickboxing? If not, have you considered seeing a therapist?

Just tell them what you said here. Also if there's more you'd like to say, write it down and try to remember as much of it as you can so you know what to say when you see them.

It's normal enough. It's just a backlash of emotional pain.
