Iin... or an ocd? i cant's stand wearing most long sleeves.

How do I explain this....
I hate wearing long sleeves, the origin of this is when I started noticing that i didn't like the feel of most deodorants. Too moist or too creamy... Ended up feeling sticky. I became too aware of my armpits.
The next thing was not liking long sleeves in tshirts and such. (jackets and sweaters are ok because they aren't too close to the skin)
As a result I've got some tshirts that i never wear even though i like them, and some tops that i buy a size bigger (and look shabby) so that they dont come near my armpits.
Sometimes warming the sleeves with the hair dryer makes it more bearable or seems to distract me from this obsession.

It also feels nice to stick a piece of kleenex under my armpits, gosh... now that i write it down, it totally looks like an OCD.
(also, armpit is quite an ugly word, haha)

OCD usually consists of more than just one minor dislike of something. I definitely do not think it's OCD. Please look up what Obsessive Compulsive Disorder is before making these kinds of ignorant posts. I don't like long sleeves either because of roughly the same reasons. Many people don't like long sleeves for roughly the same reasons.

    • I'm sorry I was misinformed, I thought there were minor levels of OCD or something similar.
      Thanks for your answer.

There are minor levels of OCD, but the symptoms are more severe than what you described. Sorry if I came off as harsh. I get a bit too passionate sometimes. What you shared was something that many people are annoyed with. You're just human. :)
