    Having a fantasy about a good looking relative is normal. Talking about fantasies with a significant other is also normal. You seem to value honesty regarding sex, and you imply that the two of you are open. If he's actually having sex with his cousin, that would be bad. Maybe this is too much honesty?     It's not as odd as you'd think...for some reason (I have no idea why), I've always had consistent sexual attractions to two of my Aunt's and one of my female cousins.     It's awkward because he clearly has something wrong with himself and you recognize it .
