Is it normal - i have a creepy weird relative - won't leave me alone?

Its an uncle and he's really creepy perverse. He doesn't do anything obviously inappropriate. He just won't leave me alone. Or, shall I say he wouldn't leave me alone. I got fed up with this creeper hovering in my personal space along with his really strange interest in my life. Anyone have a suspect sicko relative like that? The kind that gives you a bad feeling? None of my other uncles act that weird. Why would I think this? I had a teacher act like that once. It was this creepy guy that would touch your shoulder or back in a way that was awkward weird! I was like no you don't.

    I haven't had a relative this way but I have had to work with a couple of people that just gave me this weird creepy feeling. They stare at you and you just know they are thinking something so perverse in their head or they touch your shoulder or back for a second too long. If you can just avoid him or limit the situations in which you have to be around him.

    He could just be one of the many adults that are awkward around younger people. He might be forcing himself to be friendly and show interest in you in a way that he thinks is normal but really his discomfort is giving off a creepy vibe. Or...

    He could also be a twisted sleeze-ball who has inappropriate thoughts about you.

    None of this matters if you don't appreciate his attention. It sounds like you don't put up with it and you shouldn't have to.

    If you don't like him touching you, ask him to stop. It sounds like you find him off-putting and have built up a weird fantasy around that fact.
