Iin...... i feel healthier when i gained weight???

Im usually stick thin person but I have gained about 15 lbs lately and I feel better. My ribs aren't poking out anymore and I can lay down without my spine feeling weird pressing into the mattress. My boobs are a size bigger, my legs and arms and ass are rounder.

Is it normal to feel better when I eat and put on a few pounds then when Im a stick thin person?

    It's because you *are* healthier!

It's completely normal. When you are too thin, gaining weight will make you feel refreshed and overall more lively. Losing weight only makes people feel better when they actually need to lose the weight.

It makes sense. I used to be a total beyotch when I was dealing with anorexia. I was cranky because I was starving myself. Once I started to eat more food, my body had more nutrients to properly repair itself and function. I felt so much better.
