Iis it normal to have good dreams about your ex?

My ex and I are not speaking at the moment. In fact we have been no communication for a few months, this is because I coudent deal with talking to him still, it was too painful for me. Anyway, I've had a few dreams recently where we're hanging out as friends and I don't hate him or feel stressed out by him as I sometimes do in life, one of my goals is to be able to handle speaking and being with him so are these dreams my mind working through to that? I hope so but I can't tell.
