You wake up one morning and realize what has happened. What would your strategy be? How would you survive? Oh and its a is it normal question, therefore is it normal to think about zombie apocalypse?
Not a problem. I know a place in the desert with no people. Close to water plenty of small game and fish.
Have 3 guns plenty of ammo. And can make a bow and arrows. And a little used route to get there. I Have fishing gear. This could be used for any event that required it.
Even though it's an imaginary hypothetical i Already have it sorted haha and it's a really good plan
The casino i work at has metal security shutters on all doors that i operate, the plan is to shut ourselves in there, despite living in a town there is a hill formation surrounded by a few fields and a few mud pathes that starts near my house and the casino is located along side it, i can get there without having to go through town
Also on the way and only a few mins from the casino is a tesco that i can get stuff from but if not it's not a big deal the casino has a big bar and a big kitchen, stockroom/ snack machines etc so there's food for months
If shit is going down and i can't make it out of the house the stairs to upstairs if my house are those floating wooden stairs so i can grab all the food in the house, water etc and knock out the stairs, my bedroom window overlooks the bathroom downstairs so i can climb into the roof for signalling or transport along the street

Right, We take Pete's car, drive over to mom's, we go in, take care of Philip. "I'm so sorry Phil" Then we grab mom, go over to Liz's place, hold up and have a cup of tea, and wait for all this to blow over.

My family owns a warehouse in a non-residential area on the outskirts of some suburbs. We even have a tall concrete wall around its perimeter. The building's reinforced and there are plenty of crates to build up defenses. We'll probably hunker down in there, pick at nearby delis and otherwise lay low.
The majority of us would most likely get infected or murdered within the first couple of days. Just think about it. We are all glued to phones a lot of the time. I am sure that a bunch of people whould probably try and record the panic and destruction on their smartphones right in the middle of it. Then we have these wanna be badasses who think they have it all planned out just because they played a bunch of zombie games. The only people most likely to survive would probably be rural folk, military or police trained personel, mountain men types, extreme hunters etc. We would die horrific deaths. Most of us.
I have a large collection of blades as well as 1 pistol a crossbow and a bow and arrow so once I get to a safe place I'm good
I know a few people that owe me favors that are more than willing to help out. They have bomb shelters that are filled with food and weapons just for a zombie apocalypse. Though I'm not sure how long I'd last with these people. Some of them are paranoid about the government and believe in lizard people.
You should go to the Winchester, have a pint, and wait for this to blow over.
I'd team up with rednecks, because they're the best at killing zombies. It's also good to stay away from people with sick children, because more than likely they've been bitten, and they're hiding it.
