Next time you see her you act boss and if she tries to use the friendship as an advantage over you, fuck that and say move bitch. She'll ask what's wrong, you have to say that she doesn't love you enough, she'll start loving you because she sees that you're angry at her and that you can boss her around whenever you want. I like being friends first other wise i'm not attracted to him, I want to know what kinda person he is, how he grew up, everytthing thats important to him and let him know about me too. If i decide that i like him, i'll flirt alittle harder, but nomatter what, a guy is only right for me if he has enough confidence to actually make the first move. It has to be straight foreward though, I would get frustrated, embarrest and shy if he talked to me about it first, as my ex found out.
