If you saw me would you think i was fat?

So I am wondering if you saw me on the street would you think I was big or would you not think anything about me? I'm sort of paranoid of people judging me for my weight so I was wondering do you think I'm over weight or not, I am 18 and I am 195lbs 5'6 and a half and I have been on weight watchers for 3 years now. I have lost 51lbs and still have a little ways to go. But I was wondering if you saw me on the street would you think I was fat. I work out 7 days a week for 30 minutes and I keep track of what I eat and I feel good. But I don't know, I guess I'm a little insucure asking strangers if they think I'm fat. Oh well.

    you need to lose 10 lbs in order to barely get below obesity and into the range called "overweight"
    you would need to weigh about 150 in order to barely reach the range called "healthy". You would look good at 160, and great at 140.

    You are chubby, but in my opinion you are not fat. Chubby is not unattractive either. I admire that you have lost so much weight and are getting healthy. If you loose too much weight you will look emaciated and sick. I hope you keep your curves and motivation. Good luck!

    You do seem overweight by your photo. No, you don't look morbidly obese, but yes, you look bigger. You're trying to appear thinner than you are by the way you're standing. I know this because I used to do that too when I was fat. I'm only 5'3", but my top weight was 170 a few years ago. My whole family is bigger, but I was a skinny kid, so I wanted to go back to being comfortable with my weight. So I dropped down to a steady 115-120 through high school and I'm actually at the point where I'm comfortable in a bikini, because it looks so much better than I thought I would. Basically, all I'm saying is that if you *feel* like you're fat, then yes, you probably are fat. My sister is a little taller than you and at 200, she is definitely considered obese. But keep working hard at it and when you feel happy with your body, stop losing. Don't be anorexic, but if you're smart and know your body, you'll know it when you feel like you look great.

    I didn't see a picture, but I honestly don't really judge in that way and I know I'm not the only person who is that way. If I saw you on the street, I would not assume you were 'fat' or that you were lazy. I'd assume that you are you and you are happy with it, if you aren't, you're fixing it and thats all we can do right? This is just me asuring you, not all people are assholes, not everyone is picking you apart as you walk past, some might, but who gives a damn about them anyway?

    you don't look bad. You have 30 mins a day to excercise but need to put more effort into this area cause your currrent program isn't working. 4-5 1 hour high intensity work outs per week could do the trick, you will be looking hot in no time.

      Need to put in more effort? Just because I weight 195lbs doesn't mean I don't put in the effort. I track everything I eat, and I work with what I can get which is 30 minutes a day work out, I can't really afford any equipment or a gym membership, but I make due with what I have.I run 2-3 times a week for a half hour (I am not a big fan of running so I don't did it more then 3 times a week), I do yoga ever single day, I have 2 days I do weight training and the ofther 2-3 days I run up and down the stairs for 30 minutes. I'm on the 4th floor and I run down the stair and up and down until 30 minutes is up. I have lost 51lbs so I'd say my current program is working.
      I wasn't putting this pole up to be told how I should work out. And I'm not finished losing weight I still have another 40-50lbs to go. My question was just do you think I look fat?

        sorry the way i read your blog was that your looks are important to you. At minimum your not bad, most probably you look good/attractive (failing having a face that a truck has backed into). You have done bloody well to get to where you are, so why not put in a bit more to look & feel amazing? My post was intended as an opinion, not an instruction.

        Chill girl I'm sure beearch didn't mean to attack you. I think you look great and may I ask if it has taken you 3 years at WW to lose that 51lbs? If that's what beearch was thinking maybe he/she is just trying to help you speed up the loss.

        Anyhow, any trainer will tell you that food is 75% of your diet and exercise the other 25%. Both are essential to be healthy but I thought WW food intake was designed to help you lose 2lbs per week. I lost 7lbs in the past 2 weeks eating flippin' chicken and green veg every day, 2 yogurts, eggs and fruit - no exercise though!

          I realized I came off very defensive I didn't mean to sound so defensive. But there is a difference aswell I was 14 when I started at weight watchers and I was still growing. I was still developing, it's a lot different being on weight watchers as a teenager then as an adult. And yes when you first start weight watchers you lose a good amount I lost 9.5lbs the first week and thought I was going to lose all the weight in a month, ha.

            I think you're brilliant! I just can't help eating chocolate but I'm in my 40's and what the others say is true - your metabolism does slow down as you get older :o((

            I was 25 when I got married and was 7.5 stone, at 35 I was 8.5 stone and at 45 I am 9.5 stone :o( but I am only 5' tall. So if you imagine that every 10 years you naturally put on another stone you want to find your natural healthy weight when you're young so that you don't have a lifelong battle ahead of you.

    In your picture you just look a little over weight, but I can definitely tell that you have been working hard to lose it. I can see that you have a lot of muscle soon to be showing and I think that if you keep up with the weight watchers and exercising, you will look great in no time! Your weight is beautiful, it's just unhealthy. Never let anyone tell you that you don't look good because you are little heavier than a skinny bitch. Love the skin you're in for the moment and just make sure you always keep your goals in mind.

    You're not fat, u look great, really attractive. BUT, the one thing to keep in mind is that you are young, and as you get older you don't get any thinner usually. So continue to lose weight. Even though you are athletic, at 5'6 you should not weigh more than 160 lbs.

    I was like you - I'm 5'8" male and for years and years i weighed 200 lbs, which is about 50 lbs more than i weighted in college . I worked out all the time, hiked mountains, could bench 300lbs,do 100 push ups in 2 minutes, etc etc. so i didnt think i needed to lose weight.

    Now in the last 6 months on advice of my doctor i lost about 30 lbs, and realize i would have been better weighting this much all along. I feel like 200% healthier. I know you already know all this, but that's just my 2 more cents.

    I've seen your photo and I think you look perfectly normal. I thought you would've been bigger as my sister is your height and weight but she is 40 and has had children - so her weight is in fat. I agree with the poster who said you look as though you work out. I would know that you were a young girl from your figure and not my sister. Keep up the good work for the sake of your health and self-esteem :o)

    Well done :) Your body looks quite toned to me and slimmer than I would've expected (based on the weight). I'm no expert, but it could be because muscles weigh more than fat and your muscle definition looks good.
