Ask her/him to go on a trip with you to a really far away remote tropical island, buy the tickets and surprise them, go on the trip, and then pretend you forgot to buy return tickets, live out your life together on the island. happily ever after, the end.

Being unfaithful or persuading someone else to be unfaithful is a shitty thing to do, and if she really loved you, she would find a way to be with you.
Be aware that people often use a fixation on the unobtainable, unrealistically perfect "love of their life" as a way of avoiding having to deal with finding someone who's good enough to make them happy (and there are lots of people out there who could do that if you were open to finding them).
Once a cheater, always a cheater. If she's willing to cheat on him with you then if you get with her she will eventually cheat on you with someone else.

it sounds like the person you think is in love might not be in love with you and its just you that want to believe he or she is in love with you if you know for certain he or she is in love with you then dont try to ruin your friendship if he or she is in love with you and he or she knows you are too there is the likely hood of he or she leaving the other person for you almost certain
If he is cheating on someone else, he will cheat (or already is) cheating on you. If he was really serious about his feelings for you, he would already be single.
You walk away and cut all ties and if it is meant to be then it will be.. You should of been raised with morals and some values and In the pit of your stomach you should get a serious unhealthy uneasy feeling in there telling you that it is totally wrong and would you want someone doing the same to you last but not least some ladies old men will with out thinking twice about sticking you in a home made grave along the edge of the woods near the edge of the river and if need be toss her right in there as well...
If she loved you as much as you seem to love her then she wouldn't be with someone else.
Don't drag yourself along, giving yourself false hope by waiting for something that's probably not going to happen. There are plenty of people out there to date. Find them and date them instead.
Just kill her boyfriend. Lol jk. Idk id try to get her to have sex with you. Thats if she does not have children with the guy. What he doesnt know cant hurt him. Just dont do it in his house when he's gone because if he comes home you'll die.
