since i'm from Belgium i would pick king Leopold II. he enslaved millions of people in Congo in the 1890's, he cut off people's hands if they didn't collect enough rubber or other materials and killed millions. The problem is that if you erase this certain person it will have an effect, whether it be a good or negative one, on time. Hitler's Murder Paradox is a perfect example of what I mean.
