i think its cruel to make a person live like that, i would let it pass, i mean what quality of life will that kid have? but some people in pakistan are doing what they can to save the kid, well kids because its actually 2 kids in one with 6 legs. its not a person, its an insect!

I would have figured this out during the ultrasound and gotten an abortion. Simple as that. Imagine the other horrible things it could have wrong with it. I'm sorry, but I'm not going to doom a child to a life of suffering because I couldn't take my vitamins or something.
While we're at it, why don't we just round up all the patients in the congenital heart failure wing and shoot them execution style, because, you know...it's cruel to let them live such a pitiful existance.
The surgery was successful, the extra legs removed, and now the boy will live on healthy normal life, yet the majority here just wanted to let him die.
fair as it goes if im the father, i honestly think having a six legged would be odd, butt thinking about it, im a guitarist and if my kid had six arms instead of legs i would praise him lik a god, because he'd be playing three guitars at once, he'd be the best one man band ever! :P
I personally would allow it to pass away, because honestly, what kind of life would that child have? I feel like it would crueler to let it live a harsh life.
If kid grows up they would own track & field, OWN IT.

Jeez, what's wrong with you people? It's not that bad. They'll cut off the extra legs, and at worst he won't be able to walk. (I have no idea what his prospects are for that, maybe nobody does yet.) And that would be sad, but hardly a fate worse than death.
In a case like that, the patient can usually walk afterwards. The only problem like that I've witnessed has been with Siamese Twins. If they share certain parts, like a kidney, a hip or a leg, than there's usually a greater risk and more difficulty on how to separate them. There were Siamese girls and both only had one leg. They were separated and now both have to wear prosthetics.
You know you could get the extra legs removed. Multiple limbs are often due to chimerism (the stronger twin absorbs the weaker twin, but not all the way. So only the weaker siblings limbs are left out). Or if it survived, you could give it up for adoption.
Keep it alive, nurture it, and TURN IT INTO A KILLING MACHINE! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAH!

This sounds awful but I'd somehow try to get them to remove the extra legs.
If I lived in a society with good health care and had the money, then I would pay to have the kids separated and then have the legs removed. It also depends on how far conjoined the two kids are, 'cause sometimes you just have to know when you can't save someone.
It depends on other factors. Like how well off you are, how your society views disfigurements, etc.
Shoot it in the back of the head with a .22 and bury it in the backyard.
Shit,if ANYHING that had 6,8,10or even more legs crawled out of my ass I'd be a fuckin MILLIONAIRE so I'd keep my fuckin mouth shut about it.
