Which person told you this idea? How is having sex supposed to help depression? A girl is just as human as you are. A human is complex. Short term "pleasure" from sex isn't going to solve any problems, plus why would you want to have sex with your cousin? That's still in the incest range.
Besides, "fucking the crap out of her" is degrading to your cousin. The way you're wording it, you sound like you don't want to solve her problems, you just want sex. You want to take advantage of a depressed girl. It is a terrible attitude and I hope your cousin doesn't come anywhere near you.
I'm inbetween saying yes and no. Some girls need a good screwing, you should try asking her before you try anything if you are serious. I guess it really depends on how old she is, if she's 16 or older then yea she might need sex. Girls seem to need sex more than men.
