So if you did something really bad - for example messed yourself at work and everyone found out or your trousers fell down in work etc. Whatever it is what would you do?

Hit them back 10X harder with somehting that would humiliate the whole group.
I like to work without trousers on, what's the problem? What's life if you can't jam out with your clam out?
Oh, I just recalled a real gem in my adventures. I was in jail, they came and chained my waist and cuffed my hands to the waist chain, so I could go and be arraigned before the judge with the other misfits there that day.
So...about 15 of us are walking up stairs to the courtroom, I and one other female were in front, followed by all males. My fucking jail pants fell down, they were too big. And my hands are shackled to my fucking waist. I could do literally nothing, the officers were walking ahead and behind, and it took them a while to help me out. So, about 10-12 male jail inmates saw my fucking pants fall down, I was wearing a thong....yeah....what a day. I bet all those people talk abou tthat story all the time, the girl whose pants fell down in jail....they'd have to, come on, that's pretty awesome and memorable. I didn't care too much, except for the fact that I didn't know who these pervs might be that caught a good glimpse, they could've been there for anything from drunkenness to rape to murder, I didn't know. Not embarrrassed, but a bit unsettled. but it makes me happy to think I am someone's fascinating and funny story tht they can tell.
To move is weak and immature. Like a child in grade-school who was embarrassed over something minuscule and switches schools.
People need to learn to GET OVER IT and face your problems and fears dead on when situations are presented to you. Otherwise you will stunt your emotional and mental growth.
The two options are ignore the commentators or laugh about it. Eventually everyone else will move on as if it never happened.
I would probably move away if it was something to embarrassing to take. If it wasn't so I would come back and attempt to laugh it off and if they carry on taking then I would just ignore them.
I tend to do very embarrassing things. A lot of the time. I always just laugh it off. It eases the tension and it stops people from making fun of you.
Laugh about it. Likelihood is, unless they're complete douchbags, that nobody will mention it.
