Time manipulation. Not time traveling, but to be able to stop the time (and still be able to move freely myself) for as long as I wanted.

What are you guys ranting on about orgasms for? Time manipulation/invisibility seem the most sensible. Flying, though nice, would be too conspicuous

Shape shifting all the way. But it was hard to choose from the Healing power though. There are so many people in this world that I would heal if I could

I don't reckon I could cope psychologically with the more heavy duty powers like time manipulation and shape shifting - too weird and isolating, esp. time manipulation. That's a proper Midas power I reckon. You'd quickly find yourself unable to relate to people.
Mind reading would be good, as long as it was only at will (not everyone's thoughts crowding in), but you'd have to develop a thick skin (for all the bitchy thoughts), get used to everyone having dark and pervy thoughts (instead of being able to kind yourself nice people only think about nice things) and for all the info you'd have, your only tools for doing anything with it would be your wits and all the money you'd make at cards.
I think healing would be really satisfying up to a point, but then you'd get an angst about all the things you can't fix just by making people healthy.
The one I went for in the end was invisibility. I don't think it'd have a huge impact on my psychology, because I'd still only be interacting with the surface of the world, but the spying and access potential is huge, esp. if invisible to security systems as well as the naked eye. I could redistribute a lot of wealth! But also, I work in education and there are many times I worry about kids' home lives and if I had the power of invisibility I could not only check up on what's going on, but I could then scare the hell out of any abusers by posing as a vengeful spirit.

How about choosing two super powers? That's better. I would choose time freezing and invisibility. Think about it. You didn't get enough sleep, and you have to go to work/school in an hour. Freeze time and sleep as long as you want! That's not the only thing you could do with freezing time. You could totally mess with people. Imagine tripping everybody on earth, and making them all fall at the same time. It would be EPIC! and you would be laughing your ass. Tell me you wouldn't do it....damn I'm getting ahead of myself here. It's fun to imagine things sometimes :)
Also it would be cool if you could take all the pain someone has caused and make them suffer it all at once, like ghost rider

definitely invisible....if u were invisible u wouldnt need anything else...why would u need to read minds when u can just hang around a person and hear the conversations. also id b the richest son of a bit'' on earth. id walk into a bank and take out a free loan or from any store. and the sex....u could just walk into any house and start touching any girl u wanted making her think that its a ghost or something i dont know. invisible hands down

Well, I have a 6th sense, so I can tell/sense when certain things are going to happen. I can say exactly what a person is going to say before they even say it.. O_o ... Weird... But kewl!
And I can kind of read minds already, sooo.. Changing from different times, would be pretty kewl.. See what the year 3000.. Hell, *5000! -Would be like.. See how "stupid" cancer is then.. See the new styles, new technology, etc..
I have excellent night vision [I can read in darkness.... O_O] and I can blend with things, so I don't need invisibility.. All animals come to me the minute they see me, so I don't need communication~
If I had Shape-Shifting [I voted that] I could change to anything I want.. =P

stop time, that would be amazing, if i could choose 2, i would take stopping time and teleporting in time and space :)
If you could manipulate time/space, would it be possible to fly? Slow down the air molecules enough so that air would be comparable to water?
i personally would go with super strength and invincibility...but blast shock waves would be awesome... i might go with lycanthropy though.. if you consider that a power.
