My father suddenly died when I was 12 years old, it's been six years now and I still miss him.

However his death had such a huge impact on my life that if he hadn't have died I wouldn't be even close to the person I am now and wouldn't have other people in my life whom I love.

Everything happens as part of life's cycle, unfortunately it can't be changed. But I'd love to see him again and have one last hug.

My uncle :'C I miss him. He was always so kind and funny, All the little kids loved him. He was probably the most generous, carefree, best father ever. One time he gave all of us, (probably like 10 of us) a hundred dollars to go to an icecream man, He didn't care how much we spent. We would go to carnivals, camping trips, and sometimes we would all just sit and listen to his stories about 'merna moo cow' his ex wife that got transformed into a cow by an evil witch lmao. He was such a good man :D

I'd never bring anyone back. It just doesn't go that way, you can't get a dead person back however much you want.

  • George Harrison.

I know I should pick John Lennon but to be honest, I think George's death was more tragic because he knew he was going to die and suffered his last two years worrying about how long he had left. For John, he died on the spot within seconds so it was almost painless. Plus, George was a very nice guy, nicer than John, and a better friend to us all.

Another reason why I wouldn't bring John back is because his death was also a moment in time known to all, a huge point in the Beatles timeline and a powerful conclusion to an incredible songwriter, band leader and peace activist.

I sadly put an historical figure above one of my family members as my first choice. I had realized my error right after I clicked the vote button. I would honestly bring back my grandma, who died when I was only 8.

I would also like to bring back someone like Keith Moon, the craziest drummer who lived.

To be honest, I saw this question earlier in the day and I was thinking of historical figures too. FearFigment went the same way as me. My first thought was Newton. When I saw it again, back at home, I just thought about my family and, in particular, one member of my family and how much I missed her. For whatever science is worth, it's not worth ten minutes with my grandma. In actuality, nothing is.

      I want those ten minutes.

        I agree wholeheartedly!

Dead relatives over any history figure in a heartbeat. But the thought of any figure is fascinating though.

Hmmm, I don't know... anyone that I would enjoy talking one on one with or I would imagine just messing around with- even if they're like, "what the fuck are you doing...?" like Ann Frank, Jesus, Alexander the Great, King Leonidas (I love 300, but I'm not talking of the movie- still would be awesome, though), Shakespeare so he could help me with my English if I ever have to read Shakespeare again in school, Bach (because I like Baroque and we share the same birthdays :D), Mozart, and Oskar Schindler... oh, and Hitler so I can shoot him myself >:(.

I voted historical figure but I would actually bring back my grandmas brother. She would be so happy.

I can't really think about who, but definitely Beethoven or something, some genius of the past, and see what they decide to do with their life today, in the present.

But Serously, though, it would be my grandma. She was the best. Everybody loved her, and she was well known and respected by everyone in my hometown.

Both my grandpas were really interesting people. But at the time they dies I never could appretiate it.I was a kid and didn't get to see them a lot and one I even avoided seeing on his death bed because I was scared and crying to much :(

I'd like to get to know them more and to let them know that even though I didn't see them a lot,I did and still do love them.

I wanted to say my grandmother, but my grandfather died of sorrow when she died, and I can't only bring her back, to live without the love of her life.
So just for the sake of the poll I said a pet. I used to have the best cat ever. He would actually go and get my parents when I had one of my breakdowns, and he would sleep next to my head every night. I was at a sleepover at some friends, and I guess he went out to look for me, and couldn't find back. We never found him.

I'm lucky enough not to have lost anyone close to me yet, but I've always wanted to know what my other siblings would have been like. My brother and I were the only two out of seven conceptions that didn't end in a miscarriage.

Luckily, none of my loved ones are deceased, so if I had to bring back one person who is no longer living, it would be Albert Einstein.

I really admire the man alot, and it would be an honor if I was able to meet one of history's most distinguished intellects of all time. With his genius, he would be able to contribute significantly to today's science as well.

Isaac Newton; he was pretty beast. I think he should get to live in a time that matches his intellect.
