None of the above? Don't overdo it or underdo it. Texting the hell out of her can put her off, but also making her do all the running will make her anxious and get her thinking you don't really like her. Its the same with an activity...variety is what counts, don't go out all the time, but definitely take her out regularly, but not always to the same place.
Just try and get the balance right, and tell her often how much you like her, and tell her nice things. When you text/phone, make it sexy and stimulating as well as general chat.
And for goodness sake, as soon as you have her, don't then stop all the good stuff!

I agree with sleepingbeauty. It's how you do it. Avoid telling her you like her. Give her a lot of attention when you are with her, but let her come to you, and when she does, gently encourage her. Surround yourself with friends of yours that she likes, and have a good time.

Do nothing. Well, make your feelings known, of course, but understand that "hanging out a lot" doesn't necessarily mean she'll change her mind. She will either like you or she won't. If she doesn't, don't be one of those "girls don't like nice guys" advocates who whine constantly over some imaginary friend-zone. Because then no one will date you.

4.Dont act aloof and give one word responses to everything(it annoys them. Trust me on that)

6. Dont touch her WITHOUT permission(hugs are ok)

9. Girls do like intelligence but dont fake being smart if your not that smart
