    In my experience, it's women who take offense to the perceived indecency. Men more so just feel like jackasses for looking so maybe projection of blame for the "exposure" on the women's half is what is going on here.

      so, what you're saying is, the guy happens to see the woman breastfeeding, than realizes that he was looking at her boobs, and feels bad. and gets angry, cause he thinks if it wasn't for the baby, he would be able to ignore them and avoid being possibly chastised as a perv?

    Some don't mind, some do. Just because it's natural to do does not mean people have to like seeing it. I can mention other bodily functions that you wouldn't like someone seeing, it doesn't really mean anything.

            You know, when I think back to it, I realize that I have the same casual reaction to walking in on someone pooping as I do when I notice someone breastfeeding... Neither seem to bother me at all. So even when I compare it that way, it makes sense. I'm a fuckin weirdo.

            I'm comparing the two in the sense of visual unattraction. Both are essential, more so I would say going #2 is more essential given that modern day children don't "need" breast fed even though it is the better method.

            So, yeah, I am comparing the attraction of both to show that essential body functions don't have to be nice to see just because they are essential.

    I am a woman and it doesn't bother me when women breast feed in public. What bothers me is when they don't cover up and I can see their boobs.

      i think its more down to the reason men like boobs, its a natural thing, men dig boobs cause back in the good ol days (lol) a mans comfort zone was suckin on his mummas titty. so tits are a big deal for men, as they dont have them themselves. to see them being used that way makes them jelous? just a theory there ;)
