If i sleep more than 6 hrs, im extremely tired?
If i sleep in for more than 6 hrs, then I wake up extremely tired and groggy, I have trouble thinking clearly, and well, I feel like sleeping in more. Im usually at my best when I get three to six hrs sleep, and sometime less, as long as I dont go for more than three days on less than 3 hrs (a day) sleep. is it normal to feel extremely tired after a long sleep?
