If i eat enough i feel sick, if i don't eat enough i feel retarded

If i go out in public i have to eat something because i get brain fog (basically feeling retarded or i need to lie down) but if i eat a normal amount and go out in public i feel like i will sh!t or throw up. so i could eat medium but that only puts off the brain fog for a few more minutes until i've used up all my food energy again

    When you do not eat you are going to get sick. It sounds like you are starving yourself so you can not eat a lot when you do. I know you might not like going to bathroom in public but you can not keep starving yourself. IT is bad for you and if you do not like starving all the time eat. Your brain is not getting the nutrients it needs. Who cares if you have to go to the toilet. EAT SOMETHING! IT IS NOT BAD TO POOP. ALL PEOPLE DO IT.

    You are eating the wrong stuff, which means if you eat just enough to survive you are ok but obviously cannot think or do anything that requires energy, and if you eat a lot of the same food your body does not know how to process it and the digestion keeps you in a state of lethargy
    . Try cutting down or eliminating animal products from your diet (meats and diary ) and eat as much fruit as you can before you start eating anything cooked. Also keep your cooked food low in salt and fat, and high in carbohydrates (we run on sugar). And try to drink 3 Liters of water a day. We are primates that lived at the equator for the majority of our existence, so in our natural habitat we would be eating bananas and other tropical fruits with some leafy greens here and there. If we stray too much from our natural diet our body does not know how to process the food we eat. For sure some people are better equipped than others and can eat an unnatural diet without too many consequences, although it catches them with age. I hope this helps :-)

    I have this a lot, its best to just eat small amounts lots of times a day. Just listen to your body, eat when you fancy something to eat or you fell empty
