If i eat enough i feel sick, if i don't eat enough i feel retarded
If i go out in public i have to eat something because i get brain fog (basically feeling retarded or i need to lie down) but if i eat a normal amount and go out in public i feel like i will sh!t or throw up. so i could eat medium but that only puts off the brain fog for a few more minutes until i've used up all my food energy again
