It's rape.
Just because she says yes sometimes, does not mean she has to say yes all of the time.
Grow up.
Because human autonomy is a given, and, just because she uses her body for sexual acts for pay "at times", does not mean that someone can hijack her body whenever they feel like it. Therefore, her body is not an absolute commodity which can be stolen.
It would depend on whether or not prostitution was legal where she got raped. You can't claim money damages for illegal activities.
It would ALWAYS be rape though, whether or not theft could be included would depend.
Legal place or not, any woman that says no to sex, prostitute or community pillar, it is rape and always will be rape.
Rape in itself is forcing oneself or commiting sexual activities on an unwilling person, so there is no question in my own reasoning and mind.
I said it would be rape no matter what. I simply said money damages can't legally be claimed for an illegal act. So whether or not theft would occur should she choose to pursue that (or money damages could be recouped for theft of services) would depend on whether prostitution was legal where the rape occured.
