If a girl asks why i’m a virgin at 25, should i cite my faith?

I have Asperger’s syndrome (diagnosed by a Dr.) which gave me no luck in the dating scene because of my lack of flirting and teasing which doesn’t make sense to me. I prefer to tell women that I’m a virgin because I’m waiting for the right one instead of saying that I couldn’t get laid so I don’t sound pathetic.

I’ve recently became a Christian and my logic is that Christian girls are more logical and less playful because instead of thinking “we’re all gonna die one day”, they adjust their behavior to serious and predicable to fit a Christ-like temperament. I am a predictable and serious person because of my Asperger’s.

Plus, there’s nothing wrong about saying I’m a virgin because I don’t believe in sex before marriage. Maybe if I live in a garbage state like Cali and Massachusetts where Christians are hated and mocked. But I actually live in Texas.

    Christian girls who are passionate about their faith usually intend wait until marriage anyway (though they don't always manage it), so you being a virgin wouldn't be a problem. I would love to marry a man who is virgin (although that's not the only thing that matters to me, of course).

    Christian views of marriage is something you would find useful to look at, if you're a Christian and thinking about dating. My advice is to speak to a trusted person from your church rather than rely on Google alone. Christianity is about people and concrete things, not just information and abstract things. You can easily lose sight of what Christianity is about if you don't share your faith with other Christians: to love people in Christ, you need to be around them.
