Ia it normal that i have these symptoms

i had adult strabismus two weeks ago, under anesthetic, for one hour. my double vision is now gone except for when i turn my head to the left like when i am driving and have to turn quickly. I need to have slow movemnets when i get up and turn. I feel a nauceousness with the light headedness. I seem to have a need to eat red meat. I always had high blood pressure and take two meds for this but now my blood pressure has dropped sometimes to 90/60 and I get scared. Of course the doctors have no satisfactory answer for me. I think its the anesthetic and have asked the hospital to send me the papers on exactly what I was given. The doctor told me to keep taking my bp meds but I don't want too. I think they might con tribute to the low blood pressure and the dizziness but now that I found this site maybe the light headedness is normal and it will go away soon. I think I am just scared because I felt great when I went in.

Do you not just think it's your brain adjusting? I suffer from vertigo and was told at the hospital, dizziness is caused by the mixed messages from the soles of your feet, your eyes and your ears. I went deaf in one ear and couldn't get about for 5 months but your brain is having to adjust to new visible messages. I'm sure your blood pressure will stabilise too - don't forget that an anaesthetic is very hard on your system and takes time to work through. I was advised to keep drinking liquids to flush it out.
