I worry about annoying doctors?

Recently last month I had to go to the ER because I was having bad back pain and diarrhea that had been going on for the past two weeks.

I only went to the ER because I have no real doctor to see,
I would like to have one, but all the doctors in my small city are all booked up, not accepting any new patients,
so, going to the ER is the only way to fix my health.

However, I feel like I'm annoying the doctors and nurses there when I go to them because I think my health problems aren't really that serious.

I've seen videos that take on this subject and usually the person who goes to the ER for no serious reason is seen as dumb/annoying/selfish and that makes me feel guilty.
