        It sounds like your boss has wanted to screw you since you were 13 and you've been legal for a couple years so he's making little gestures hoping you'll give in. Saying you need a haircut means he would like it in a different style and saying he likes your shoes is obviously a way to show he likes you or at the very least wants to bang you.

        If you ever feel he has put you in an uncomfortable\un controllable situation call the police immediately.
