Is it normal that I wish Harvey Weinstein would freak out, and kill himself. Weinstein is an awful person, he deserves to die, and rot in Hell!
He'll get his karma, that is a guarantee. I don't think it's good energy to dwell on wanting revenge on somebody in your mind, so just remember that he's getting what he deserves.
I don't minimise his general nastiness or the negative impact he's had on a lot of people's lives, but there are many, many people who have done far wickeder things than him, got away with it, never felt guilt or shame for a moment and died peacefully of old age in their own beds.
What he's going through right now is actually much worse than the oblivion of death. Not only are his lawyers costing him a literal fortune, he's being subjected to public humiliation, his power has been taken away and everyone who ever comes into contact with him in the future will know what sort of person he truly is. And that's not to mention how much he's going to have to pay in damages to his victims.
Really, death is too good for some people. Far better to hit them where they really feel it: their bank accounts and their egos.
Well said! How anyone could wish someone dead for taking unfair advantage of women who wanted to further their careers, obviously has some very mixed-up values. What's next - death penalty for speeding tickets? He'll get his justice in court. I agree with Boojum that for some minor crimes (unless you call what Weinstein did rape) that the humiliation, the cost of a defense, the time in jail regretting his actions and how he lived his life - that's a much harsher punishment. Plus there's the harassment he'll get from Bubba in prison.
Good, I hope he, and others like him get all the suffering that life has to offer!

Listen, don't waste energy obsessing about this. When old Harvey finally croaks, visit him at midnight in the cemetery where he is buried. Squat down and piss on his grave. The closure will feel great. Y'all can drop one of those clean exit dumps for a bit of additional humor. 👍
