I wear tampons while sleeping

I never use pads, only tampons. I wear tampons when I sleep. I change it whenever I wake up, usually every 6 hours, cause I wake up often when I'm on my period. Is this safe?

    As long as you don't leave it in for more than 8 hours at a time, you should be okay.
