I'm a guy, and my best friend is a girl. We are both 20. We hang out all the time and are really close friends but never "did" anything with each other.     I would think if she knew you were coming over, she may have been wanting you to catch and watch her. Many people, myself included, get very aroused and turned on knowing someone is watching. Talk to her about you wanting her to come watch you masturbate and see what she thinks. Or ask her how she would feel about you sitting there with her and watch her masturbate.
