I want to toss my girlfriends salad

Whenever I eat out with my girl she always make these terrible looking salads and when she tosses them she spills leafs all over the place. Well I'm a professional chef so it bothers me especially and I want to tell her I'll toss the salad from now in but I don't know what she will say. Is it normal to wantthis
