So basically he is one of my brothers friends and one day he was at my house in my brothers room and I went in there to ask a question and he said spank me and I wasn’t sure if he was kidding but he was laying on my brothers bed when he said it.     Yes it's normal. But also: Consent. You ask by asking, not feeling up someone who's unconscious. It's very basic but if you don't know, just ask. Something direct between the two of you. If it's not appreciated, it's not happening. Don't bother bringing up your desire, just find out if they're actually serious. Keep it safe and legal. That's my random stranger advice.

    I would say that getting a few drinks or Get high with him and then ask him. If you don't do either then just ask him if he is still willing to show you his "stack".     Some guys are weird like that, in the sense that they make gay jokes about a lot of stuff. He could very well just be that way. I would probably find a way to ask before you just make a move, but it's hard to know without knowing him or what he looks like. If you're asking if it's normal to have these feelings, I think it is to some extent
