I want to speak elizabethan and/or archaically!

I think it'd be fun! In public or in school (no, not a Renaissance faire and no, not in any type of clothing, just my normal clothes.)

And I don't mean lazy like adding "-th" to the end of every other fucking word, I mean REALLY trying. A few years ago I studied the dialect with the help of an online guide (though to be honest, I gave up at the grammar part), and if I pick it up again I think it would be fun to do, once in a while.

Outside of work, obviously.

I wonder where Sir Reginald is.

I legitimately throw thou's and shall's into every day speech a lot but I don't generally take it any farther.

I do agree that it would be fun, though.

Do it. I often find myself speaking old English from time to time, especally when I was working on my "Alchemic" series, set in the 12th and 13th century.
