I want to pass out?

After doing something "wrong", such as drinking alcohol, swearing at church, or cutting, I get a suuden SUPER light-headedness, that while only lasting half a second, I've nearly passed out from it at least once. After a while of doing a cause activity, the feeling goes away, but is it normal for this to happen? If so, why does it?

Maybe it's just stress or anxiety? It can cause a heightened heartbeat which can make you feel like fainting

    Drinking alcohol isn't wrong.

Well, you could feel light-headed from drinking alcohol, also from cutting yourself if you suffer from hemophilia, but i could not account the swearing for it, must be psychological.

I think you mean anemia. Haemophilia would also cause the symptoms but death would soon follow.
