Whenever I hear the man with constantly coughing and it won't shut up, I want to kill him/her. I want to go over to him/her and simply kill it.

People get sick sometimes. The world does not revolve around you. People have to deal with annoying shit all of the time, it is life. Get over it.

I can totally relate to that. A couple years ago I went to a show I paid $180 for, months in advance. A man directly behind me was coughing on my neck for the entire first half of the show. During intermission, I anally assaulted him in the restroom and sucked on his ears until he promised to shut up or leave. Sometimes you have to say something.
