    I know it's scary and hard but you should just ask him. Otherwise you are just going to torment yourself and eventually someone else will make the move. Personally, I think its better to regret something you have done than to regret something you haven't. Tell him, he says no, boom done. He might say yes. Does he spend a lot of time with you? Do you talk a lot? Does he smile at you? You ever catch him checking you out? If he does any of that he likes you. Does he flirt at all?
