I love my cousin and all, but she is really hot, and sometimes I think of havin sex with her. Is it normal?
Wait until you are both 17, then go ahead and do it---as long as it is consensual. You don't need to be accused of raping your own cousin.
Well, depends where you live.. I mean, many states will be totally fine with you banging your cousin. But 16 could be the tricky one.
It is just a social taboo, and not a very serious one at that. In many communities cousins get married, and it has been happening over the centuries, without any apparent health complications.

The desire is normal, being young and full of hormones, the desire for sex from anyone is usually very strong. Especially if the topic of societal taboos hasn't been all that strongly reinforced which is common because of their "taboo" nature.
However, it isn't such a good idea to actually try and go through with having sex with a cousin (or other close relative) for a myriad of reasons including, but not limited, to the risk of unwanted pregnancy and the fact it is such a strong social taboo, that if you two are caught will cause no end of trouble for you both, etc...
Of course the above statements only apply if you do go ahead and try regardless and she consents, if she doesn't and you force yourself on her, that's rape and that is very much so wrong.
I know it's hard at that age, but try to stop and thing through a situation before hand :)
